Dolores Selma Green, age 87, of Munster, IN formerly of Chicago, IL passed away on May 17, 2018. She is survived by her children, Chuck (Honie) Green, Len (Ileene) Green, Vicky(Dr. Jonathan Buka) Tritsch Buka; grandchildren, Jenna (Kevin) Tritsch-Hayes, Dr. Zachary Tritsch, Sara Green, Alissa Green, Erica Tritsch, and Max Buka. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Green, parents, Louis and Etta Farr; and son-in-law, Dr. Jeffrey Tritsch. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018 at KISH FUNERAL HOME 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN with Rabbi Mordechai Levin and Rabbi Raphael Ostrovsky co-officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, at the funeral home, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Beth El Cemetery Portage, IN.Dolores, also affectionately known as Grammy Green, was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved life and was caring and compassionate to all who knew her, especially when it involved her children and grandchildren. Dolores was a lifelong member of Temple Beth El Gary, IN and a member of Congregation Beth Israel Munster, IN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Congregation Beth Israel or the Adult Friendship Club at the Jewish Federation of Northwest Indiana
