Katherine E. Raleigh, 64, of Evergreen Park, IL, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016. She is survived by her children, Kelly (Mike) Turner, Kristine (Bob) Ward and Patrick (Jennifer) Raleigh and her grandchildren, Jackson, Emma, and Claire Turner, Emily, Cameron, Delaney, and Declan Ward, and Ashlyn, Harper, and Sydney Raleigh; sisters, Mary Therese (Bill) Fitzgibbons and Patty (Tom) Lyman; brothers, Chuck (Tracy) Lief and Bill Lief; also survived by her loving Raleigh family. She was a Godmother, aunt, cousin and great friend to many. She was proud to be a nurse and spent her career at Little Company of Mary Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chuck and Mary Lief, sister, Barbara Shafer, and mother-in-law, Gloria Raleigh. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 10:30 am at St. Bernadette Church, 9343 S. Francisco Dr. Evergreen Park, IL. 60805. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Alzheimer Association, www.alz.org/indiana in her memory would be appreciated.
