Nicholas Krajac Jr. 73, of Dyer, IN passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Beloved father of LaurieAnn (Robert) Cuthbert, Jack (James Di Loreto) Frost and Frances (Daniel) Costello. Fond father-in-law of Lisa Frost. Proud grandfather of Robert A., Steven (Lauren), Daniel, Katie, Samantha and Megan. Loving brother of Mary Domke. Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Antoinette ‚ÄúToni‚Äù Krajac; son, Carl Frost; parents Nicholas Sr. and Sophie Krajac; sisters, Donna Van Norman and Carol Kelly. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 2:00-9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:30 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Thursday from 8:00-8:30 am at the church. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 8:30 am at St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church, 1500 186th St, Lansing, IL. Interment will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. Nick served with the U.S. Airforce. He was a member of St. Archangel Michael Church and Ironworkers Local #1. Nick was an avid golfer. Memorial contributions to The Wounded Warrior Project or the U.S.O. would be appreciated.

Your Father lived life ... When you sit down and remember don't be sad as hard as that may be. Remember, he would not want that for you so smile. His memories will live with you for ever.

Thinking of Jack and your family as you say goodbye to a brave man who endured so much. Sending my love and prayers.

Nick you were a great friend and the three of us had really good times together when we young, Remember to say hi to Toni and Carl. Miss all of you.

One by one, the lights of family and friends from our old neighborhood of South Deering, are beginning to flicker out. I have many fond memories of "Brotsy" which I will cherish as I reminisce of those fine old days...my what a splendid time it was. On behalf of my wife Mary and myself, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to his family. Rest in Peace dear old friend.
