To the Bolger Family: I am sorry to hear about Tom's death. The loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult things that we can ever experience in life. These are difficult times which make us look even more forward to the time when God will remove death and all suffering from the earth (Revelation 21:4).

My deepest sympathies to you, Cindy, and your family. Tom was a joy to be around and was always most helpful when I asked. I knew him through the Riemer NACG Meetings as I work at Aleris, formerly Commonwealth Aluminum. His humorous personality and passion for life will be greatly missed. May God grant you the serenity needed in your time of loss.

I have know Tom for 27 yrs starting with Advanced Aluminum Products days to Jupiter Aluminum days. I have so many fond memories of him but one really stands out. Back in the mid 80's while working at AAP, I saw that Tom took an unusually long lunch, he was always on time and he hated it when others weren't, so when he came back "late" from lunch, I stopped in his office to give him a hard time. He looked slowly up from his work at me and didn't give me much of an answer why he was late. Then I noticed something different about him, I saw a wedding ring on his finger, I knew it wasn't there before, and I knew he wasn't married. So I said to him , "now Tom did you go and get married on your lunch break?" He replied, "Yes, I did!" and went on back to his work (with a smile). I have many other memories but I thought I'd share this one. May Tom rest in peace and Cindy and his family find comfort at this time. (I will miss seeing him running up and down Ridge Road)Tammy Rinkema
