Thank you to all who sent condolences and attended the visitation for Perry. It means so much to all of our family. Perry spent the last day of his life riding his motorcycle and enjoying friends. His journey ended peacefully in his sleep. Perry's free spirit and kindness to others will always be remembered. He lives on forever in our hearts !!!

I’m sorry for the loss of the Podolak family. I didn’t know Perry personally, but I always seen him around for years. I’ve heard many good words about him. So, he obviously was a nice person and touched many people. My condolences and prayers to his family and friends.
Star Jones, UAW Safety Rep left a message on May 11, 2018:
My dear friend and coworker. Perry would always say Star just call me and I'll handle it. Got to talk with him for a while last Monday and he asked me how everything was going...then told me it will be all good. We're gonna have a smooth night and it's gonna go quick. He would always check on me and ask if there was anything he could help with. I will truly miss my calm cool gent! R.I.P Perry

In this world today the total number of truly kind, caring and respectful people is very small. That number has just been lowered by one more. You will be deeply missed my brother.

I've worked with Perry for a lot of years. Even though he always had his hands full, he would take the time to try and help out. His job was extremely stressful, yet he always had that smirky grin, as if to say "yep, it's hard but i'm here, I only work 1/3 of my life, and I make sure the other 2/3 are "cool"". At least that's how I took it. He will be missed. God Bless his soul.
