Robert O. Curvey, 79, of Munster, IN, passed away on July 12, 2016. Robert was born on December 20, 1936, in Jacksonville, IL. He grew up in Springfield, IL and Wilmette, IL. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty Brodd Curvey; son, Lee R. (Kerry) Curvey of Clarkston, MI; daughter, Elizabeth M. Curvey of Schererville, IN; and grandchildren, Trace Curvey, Tanner Curvey, Evan Wessel, and Jenna Wessel. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Westminster Presbyterian Church 8955 Columbia Ave. Munster, IN. Visitation will be on Saturday, at the church, from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service. Robert was a graduate of Grinnell College Grinnell, IA. His career was with the farm equipment, steel and chemical business. He retired in 1999. In lieu of flowers, memorials to your favorite charity would be appreciated.
