Steven Ninkovich, 84, of Dyer, IN was born August 10, 1932 in Chicago, IL and entered into heaven on November 22, 2016 with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Rose (Starcevich); children, Michael (Debbie) Ninkovich, Gail (Rick) Anoe, Diane Krepp, and Carol (Robert) Borowski; Best Grandpa to Laura (Brian), Robert (Paige), Kelly (Jeremiah), Late Nick, Ryan (Laura), Michelle (Andy), Bethany (Jason), Kaitlyn (Don), Steve and Meghann; and his great-grandchildren Raychel, Cameron, Olivia, Everett, Hunter & Eli. Beloved Uncle to many nieces, nephews & Godchildren; and his loyal furry companions, Charlie & Starr. Funeral service will be on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 11:00 am at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Visitation will be on Friday from 9:00-11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Humane Society Calumet area would be greatly appreciated. The Ninkovich family would like to send special thanks to Dunes Hospice for their wonderful care.
